This program facilitates lecturers to have sufficient knowledge related teaching and learning process. It includes Higher Education Quality Improvement Strategies, Integrated Quality Management, Evaluation of Learning Processes, Development of Innovative Learning, Implementation of Literacy in Learning, Laboratory-Based Learning, Research and Community Service-Based Learning, Alternative Evaluation, Classroom Action Research, Learning Planning Reconstruction, and Learning Reconstruction.

In accordance with the Circular of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud-Ristek) Number 1955/E4/KK.01.01/2021, University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) has been declared to meet the criteria as an AA training provider to fulfill the requirements of Lecturer Certification (Serdos). Based on the circular letter, UMM carried out the mandate that had been given by officially organizing AA Training for UMM lecturers, as well as lecturers from public universities or private universities in Indonesia. The AA Training hosted by UMM was carried out online through the Zoom Meeting application system and was carried out in the First Batch in July 2022. AA Training Participants consisted of faculty members or school teachers at University of Muhammadiyah Malang and several partner universities.
